You will spearhead thought leadership and strategy for implementing advanced analytics, AI/ML, and digital solutions that improve field effectiveness, brand performance, market access, and patient engagement outcomes. This role partners closely with India delivery leads, data/tech architects, and cross‑practice leaders to deliver high‑impact solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Development
• Establish consultative relationships with C‑suite, Brand, and Commercial leaders by understanding business objectives and constraints.
• Lead opportunity identification, solution framing, and proposal development for omnichannel marketing, sales excellence, market access, and patient engagement programs.
• Orchestrate executive communications across discovery, data exploration, solution strategy, and delivery governance (MBRs/QBRs).
• Demonstrate excellent oral, written, and presentation skills—storytelling and value articulation.
Problem Solving & Data/AI Solutioning
• Translate commercial problems (e.g., HCP targeting, personalization, conversion/retention) into AI/ML‑enabled solution frameworks.
• Design end‑to‑end Data, AI, and Digital solutions integrating AI, Advanced materially, Data Engineering, MLOps, and Visualization.
• Apply structured thinking at strategic and granular levels; influence business and technology stakeholders to adopt data‑driven decisions.
Client GTM, Commercial Growth & Profitability
• Drive commercial and delivery excellence by managing operational and commercial metrics—Revenue, Gross Margin, Net Margin.
• Create and execute Incedo’s Data & AI sales strategy and GTM for key Life sciences Commercial clients (Pharma, Biotech, Med Devices).
• Be accountable for GTM execution and deliver net‑new Digital/AI sales revenue.
• Build a long‑term chemical pipeline to increase market share in Digital, Data & AI services and solutions for Commercial and Patient Engagement use cases.
• Own Gross Margin targets and ensure a high‑quality, profitable portfolio.
Domain Expertise (Life sciences – Commercial)
• Omnichannel Marketing & CRM:
Next‑best‑action, dynamic segmentation, content personalization, campaign optimization.
• Sales Excellence:
Territory alignment, call planning, incentive compensation, HCP targeting, forecasting.
• Market Access:
Payer analytics, pricing & contracting insights, formulary dynamics, patient affordability programs.
• Patient Engagement:
Digital health programs, adherence & persistence analytics, support services, real‑world engagement insights.
• Data Foundations:
Commercial data models (CRM, sales, claims, RWE), consent/privacy, compliance considerations.
Qualifications
•
Education:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering, Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or MBA from a top‑tier university.
•
Experience:
• 15+ years in Data/Data Science/Analytics in client management/consulting roles.
• 8+ years working with or consulting for Life sciences (Pharma/Biotech/Med Tech) Commercial functions.
• Proven track record in AI/ML solutioning for Commercial use cases and delivering measurable business impact.
• Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and deal shaping
• Ability to build and lead cross‑functional teams across geographies; partner effectively with delivery, architecture, and product teams.
