Salesforce Developer - Production Support

Headquartered in Milpitas, California, GSPANN provides consulting and IT services to global clients across multiple industries.

Senior Salesforce CRM Specialist to provide production support, long term. Interview Mode:
Face To Face. Need expertise with Apex, will look into Apex code and debug issues; candidate should have good experience in Python or Java.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide L2/L3 production support for Salesforce CRM, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and user issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows, validation rules, triggers, flows, integrations, and data inconsistencies.
  • Monitor system performance, identify recurring issues, and implement preventive measures.
  • Collaborate with business users to understand functional problems and provide effective solutions.
  • Work with development teams to analyze defects, propose fixes, and support deployment activities.
  • Perform routine configuration updates including profiles, permission sets, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and flows.
  • Ensure compliance with org-wide change management and release management processes.
  • Support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware.
  • Maintain documentation for issue resolutions, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
Skills & Experience:
  • 8+ years of hands‑on experience in Salesforce CRM with strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and core platform features.
  • Solid experience in production support roles, preferably in a high‑usage Salesforce environment.
  • Strong skills in declarative configuration (Flows, Process Builder, Reports, Dashboards, etc.).
  • Good understanding of Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Components (reading/debugging preferred).
  • Experience working with integration platforms (Boomi, REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Ability to analyze complex issues and provide quick, effective resolutions.
