What Will You Do?

As a Data Scientist at Superhuman, you will partner closely with growth product, engineering, and marketing teams to design experiments and conduct advanced analyses informing product strategy. You will mine large datasets to uncover user behavior patterns, enabling new marketing touchpoints and optimizations across email, in-product, and push channels. Additionally, you will develop causal inference and machine learning models to deepen user insights, driving engagement, retention, and feature adoption through evidence-based decision-making.
