Base salary: $120,000 – $185,000 (depending on experience)
Equity: Meaningful early‑stage ownership
Location: San Francisco (5 days onsite)

We’re partnering with an early‑stage, venture‑backed AI company building a new category at the intersection of AI‑powered search and modern marketing technology. Help sophisticated marketing teams adopt an AI‑driven approach to search and discovery.

• Own end‑to‑end success for enterprise and mid‑market marketing customers
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior marketing, growth, and digital stakeholders
• Educate customers on AI‑powered search and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
• Translate product capabilities into practical Mar Tech and marketing workflows
• Drive adoption, outcomes, and long‑term customer value
• Provide clear, structured customer feedback to product and leadership

Hands‑on experience owning customer relationships directly in Mar Tech environments.

• 1+ years in a customer‑facing role within a Mar Tech or enterprise tech company serving marketing teams or a digital marketing or growth‑focused agency
• Experience owning external customer relationships (CS, AM, Deployment, Solutions, or similar)
• Familiarity with modern marketing workflows (SEO, content, analytics, automation, attribution, growth)
• Strong communication skills and confidence educating customers
• Comfort working in an early‑stage environment with limited structure

• SEO or search‑focused experience
• SEO or digital marketing agency background
• Early‑stage startup experience
