Required Technology/Experience- Experience supporting majority Mac environment
- Strong support experience with Google Workspace & Zoom
- Confident personality, good customer service
- Okta MFA – basic knowledge no implementation experience required
- White glove support
- CompTIA A+, Network+, Tech+
Troubleshoot and support Mac (~75%) and Windows devices (~25%). Work daily with tools such as Kandji (MDM for Macs), Endpoint Central (MDM/endpoint management), Okta for MFA & password resets, Zoom for conference rooms & executive meetings. Handle hardware setup and moves such as monitors and workstations, basic network and Wi‑Fi checks, light copier maintenance & cable management.
