• Extreme ownership. Own onboarding, adoption, success, expansion, and strategy for every customer—if it happens post-sign, it’s on you

• Founder-track learning. Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the early team and master the playbook you’ll use for your own startup one day

What you’ll do

• Manage entire post-sale relationships, working hands‑on with users and senior stakeholders

• Identify and scale high-impact use cases; package feedback for product and engineering

• Build the playbooks, metrics, tooling, and strategy that set the foundation for the scaling our customer operations

Who you are

• 3-6 yrs at a top‑tier consultancy or investment bank; startup or PE experience a plus

• Executive-level communicator who loves solving client problems

• Analytical, product‑minded, and comfortable in 0 → 1 environments

• Based in San Francisco and eager to be in the office four days a week
