Senior Non-Technical Operator

The Role

We're seeking a dynamic founding operator who will be the connective tissue of our team, bringing together community, marketing, and operations into a cohesive force.

• You have exceptional communication skills and can translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives

What you'll do:

• Drive our community strategy across Discord, social media, and other platforms, turning users into advocates

• Design and execute marketing initiatives that amplify Comfy

• Conduct user interviews and usability testing to gather actionable insights for product development

• Manage strategic partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders in the AI community

• Create and implement processes that help our team operate more effectively as we scale

• Analyze community feedback, usage patterns, and market trends to inform strategic decisions
