A global restaurant technology company in San Francisco is seeking a Helpdesk Technician II to provide onsite IT support. You will support about 60 users, including executives, in a predominantly Mac environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware/software issues and managing conference room technology. Ideal candidates should have 2–3 years of helpdesk experience and strong Mac support skills. This is a part-time, 3-month contract role with potential to extend or convert to full-time.
