Review campaign builds for accuracy including segmentation logic, suppression lists, UTM parameters, form configurations, and routing rules
* Testing protocols:
Test user experiences across email rendering, form submissions, landing page functionality, and chat routing
* Post-launch monitoring:
Track campaign performance, monitor deliverability metrics, validate conversion tracking, and identify issues requiring troubleshooting
* Quality standards:
Enforce naming conventions, folder structures, documentation requirements, and operational best practices
* Vendor management:
Serve as day-to-day liaison with Nvish (campaign execution partner), coordinating workload, reviewing deliverables, and providing feedback
* Cross-functional collaboration:
Partner with Demand Gen, Sales Ops, Rev Ops, and other stakeholders on campaign execution, data requirements, and system enhancements
* Project coordination:
Manage timelines, communicate status updates, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines
* 2-4 years of hands-on marketing operations experience with demonstrable expertise in marketing automation platforms
* Marketo expertise required:
Proven experience building campaigns, managing automation workflows, and administering Marketo instances + Marketo Certified Expert or equivalent certification strongly preferred
* Salesforce proficiency:
Strong understanding of Salesforce objects (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Campaigns, Opportunities), SFDC-Marketo sync, and CRM data management
* Technical aptitude:
Comfortable with HTML/CSS basics, API concepts, data imports/exports, and troubleshooting technical issues
* Data-driven mindset:
Strong analytical skills with ability to work with large datasets, identify data quality issues, and draw insights from campaign metrics
* Extreme attention to detail: QA-oriented mindset with ability to catch errors, validate logic, and ensure accuracy in high-stakes campaign launches
* Project management skills:
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritize competing demands, and deliver on deadlines
* Experience with additional Mar Tech tools:
Lean Data, Qualified, Zoom Info, Google Analytics, 6sense, Demandbase, or similar platforms
* Familiarity with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies and execution
* Understanding of attribution models, funnel metrics, and marketing analytics
* Experience working with offshore or contractor execution teams
* Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology marketing
* SQL or data manipulation skills
* Exposure to compliance requirements (GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM)
* Communication:
Clear written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
* Collaboration:
Team player who thrives in cross-functional environments and builds strong working relationships
* Problem-solving:
Resourceful troubleshooter who can diagnose issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions
