Job Summary:
Join our team to contribute to a groundbreaking AI-powered customer support experience from POC through MVP, developing a product destined for rapid deployment and smart scaling. You will lead the frontend development, making critical technical decisions and collaborating closely with our backend team and product leaders to deliver an innovative solution integrated with Salesforce.
- Define and implement the frontend architecture for early and MVP phases.
- Develop production-ready React applications, including component libraries and frontend design systems.
- Ensure responsive, accessible interfaces across customer-facing and admin platforms. li>Seamlessly integrate with AI/ML APIs and manage streaming responses.
- Optimize frontend performance through analytics and monitoring tools.
- Expert-level skills in React and modern frontend patterns.
- Strong experience with Type Script and state management tools (Redux, Zustand, Jotai).
- Proven ability to build and ship 0-to-1 products rapidly without compromising quality.
Industry
Experience:
Previous work on real-time, AI-powered interfaces or conversational user interfaces is highly preferred.
