IT Analyst

Onsite IT Analyst – San Francisco office supporting a global remote workforce.

• Provide Level 1 & 2 support for onsite employees and remote team members worldwide.
• Triage and resolve incoming tickets across hardware, software, and account-related issues.
• Maintain and support office technology including A/V systems, conference rooms, printers, and network equipment.
• Manage asset inventory and oversee the full lifecycle of devices (procurement → deployment → retirement).
• Support onboarding/offboarding, device setup, and access management.
• Contribute to IT projects, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts.

• 5–8 years of hands‑on IT support experience in fast‑paced environments.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a best‑in‑class support experience.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and a self‑driven, proactive work style.
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, customer‑focused approach.
• Experience supporting MacOS devices and various SaaS business tools.

• This role is an on‑site position in our San Francisco office.
• The salary range for this role is $85,000–$105,000.
