Introduction
This position is for an IBM DB2 z/OS Application Database Administrator who will be responsible for the ongoing Database Administration for a live application along with the configuration and management of Q Replication of data using the IBM Infosphere Data Replication (IIDR) suite.

Required technical and professional expertiseRequires expertise in several key areas, including database administration, and replication technologies. Here's a summary of the essential skills:
- Strong understanding of Db2 for z/OS architecture, storage structures, and system performance tuning.
- Proficiency in Db2 system parameters, logging, backup, and recovery strategies.
- Experience with Db2 utilities (e.g., REORG, RUNSTATS, COPY, RECOVER).
- Knowledge of SQL tuning and optimization for Db2 on z/OS.
- Replication (IIDR) & Q Replication
- Deep understanding of IBM Q Replication concepts
