As an Infrastructure Engineer at Twelve Labs, you will design and build the core infrastructure that allows our AI SaaS platform to operate stably and scale effectively. You will work across both cloud and on‑premise environments, developing robust system architectures to support large‑scale video AI foundation models. In our fast‑paced startup environment, you will optimise for performance, security, and flexibility while collaborating closely with multiple teams across the company.

• Design and operate multi‑tenant architectures for global enterprise customers.
• Develop scalable CI/CD pipelines with Terraform automation.
• Build flexible infrastructure spanning AWS, GCP, Azure, and on‑premise environments.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure for security and efficiency with advanced monitoring and security frameworks.
• Design scalable architectures to rapidly support new video AI models and services.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers and researchers to bring AI products to life.

• 7+ years of experience as an infrastructure engineer.
• Experience building and operating infrastructure in cloud environments such as AWS, GCP and Azure.
• Hands‑on experience with IaC (Infrastructure as Code) tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Experience operating container‑based workloads with Kubernetes.
• Scripting and automation experience with languages such as Python, Go or Type Script.
• Experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience designing and operating multi‑tenant architectures in enterprise SaaS environments.
• Experience designing infrastructure architectures aligned with security and compliance standards, including audit support.
• Experience building advanced monitoring and logging systems.
• Proven ability to operate infrastructure optimized for both performance and cost efficiency.
