The client is looking for an UX Product Manager to join their team, supporting internal tools that empower UX designers and front-end developers. This role will focus on an integration with Figma that enables designers to work more effectively with design systems and streamline collaboration with engineering teams.
As an UX Product Manager, you will define product direction, uncover user needs, and drive execution with cross-functional partners. You’ll work closely with engineers, designers, and researchers to deliver features that improve how design systems are used and accelerate the designer–developer workflow.
Responsibilities- Lead product definition, prioritization, and execution for features in the Figma integration plugin.
- Partner with UX designers, researchers, engineers, and program managers to build and launch user-facing features.
- Translate designer needs into product requirements and workflows.
- Collaborate with design teams on design system integrations.
- Drive product roadmaps from concept to launch, ensuring successful adoption across the design community.
- 5–10 years of Product Management experience.
- Proven track record shipping products with user interfaces (consumer or business-facing).
- Experience working with UX teams and collaborating on user-centered products.
- Familiarity with user research methods and applying insights into product decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with Figma or other design tools.
- Background in UX design concepts or products built for designers/developers.
- Experience with design systems or front-end workflows.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
