UX​/UI Designers; Webflow, WordPress, and Brand

Brightter is looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to support our growing pipeline of website and digital transformation projects. We work with startups, professional services firms, and mid-market companies to create modern, high-conversion digital experiences. If you care about clean design, thoughtful UX, and bringing brand stories to life through intuitive interfaces, we would love to meet you.

This role has the potential to grow into a long-term engagement of up to 30–40 hours per week based on performance and fit.

• Website UX/UI design for Webflow and Word Press builds
• Designing polished wireframes, user flows, and responsive layouts
• Creating visual systems aligned with brand guidelines
• Designing interaction patterns, web components, and reusable design systems
• Collaborating closely with strategists, developers, and content teams
• Handing off clean Figma files with clear annotations

• Strong experience designing websites (SaaS, agency, professional services, or startup experience is a plus)
• Skilled in Figma with the ability to create both low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity UI
• Ability to think UX-first while delivering beautiful, conversion-driven design
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility best practices, and modern UI patterns
• Someone reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
