Real estate payments are broken. Agents front cash, vendors wait months, and sellers hesitate to invest. Titus fixes that. We’re the first modern payments platform for the industry, starting with “Pay at Close”, so service providers get paid instantly and sellers can upgrade their homes without upfront costs.

We just hit more monthly revenue than we did in seven years at our last startup and we’re growing at over 30% a month. Our team is small, senior, and experienced. And, we’re looking for a designer who wants to contribute meaningfully to a product that’s reshaping an industry.

• You’ll be the one and only designer. This means you’ll own everything from the design system to the most critical new features
• You’ll skip the endless review sessions and debates. Instead, you’ll design big features demanded by our customers and iterate on those features based on their feedback
• You’ll shape every part of our product

• Impact from day one: ship customer-facing features that move key metrics. As a payments product, you'll be building something small businesses use every day to run their business
• High ownership: help shape product decisions and company direction
• Startup pace, senior culture: move fast without chaos, and learn from experienced teammates who care about craftsmanship and sustainable velocity, not 996 facetime

• Craftsmanship: you care about the details and obsess over the pixels. You want to deliver high quality experiences
• Thorough: you’ve considered web and mobile web, accessibility, screen sizes, and possible edge cases. You’re not just covering the happy case
• Self-sufficiency:
  You’re comfortable writing copy, talking to users, and making decisions in ambiguous situations
• Experience on B2B SAAS products
• Experience at early stage startup

• Option for hybrid 3 days a week in Mill Valley, CA (20 min drive from SF) or fully remote
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• $150, base + equity, depending on experience
