Odos (odos.xyz) is a smart order routing (SOR) solution that allows users to trade digital assets across decentralized exchanges. Launched in May 2022, Odos is available on 15 EVM chains and uses a patented algorithm to deliver the best swap rates to retail and institutional traders. Our multi-token swap feature allows users to trade many tokens in a single atomic transaction, and our newly launched intent based order types are leading the way in advancing the Web3 user experience.
We are a SOC2 Type 2 company and headquartered in Los Altos, CA (SF Bay Area).
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead user acquisition, engagement, and retention for Odos in the crypto and DeFi space. This role is focused on developing and executing high-impact growth strategies while expanding our social media presence and community engagement.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Web3 marketing, a deep understanding of DeFi protocols, and experience collaborating with Web3 projects, influencers (KOLs), and community-driven platforms. This is an execution-driven role, requiring hands‑on involvement in campaign management and strategy implementation.
ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement innovative growth marketing campaigns to attract global retail users and API partners.
Set measurable KPIs and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
Continuously refine strategies to improve ROI and achieve marketing goals.
Actively contribute to campaign deliverables and ensure high-quality execution without relying heavily on delegation.
Demonstrated success in marketing DeFi protocols or Web3 projects, with measurable results in user acquisition and retention.
In-depth understanding of the crypto market, DeFi, and blockchain technology.
A willingness to roll up your sleeves and directly contribute to campaign implementation using a variety of tools.
Proven ability to grow and engage communities in the Web3 and crypto space.
Strong relationships and experience working with KOLs, Web3 projects, DAOs, and other ecosystem stakeholders.
