We’re an AI native real estate brokerage that has a small, talent-dense team that is looking to expand.

As our first design hire, you'll own the visual design and user experience of our marketing pages, landing pages, and client‑facing web properties. You'll work directly with our founders to create designs that convert prospects into clients and help our real estate agents close more deals. This is a hands‑on role where you'll design, iterate, and ship – no massive design team or endless approval cycles.

• Design high‑converting landing pages, marketing pages, and web experiences for our real estate platform
• Create property listing pages, agent profiles, and client portals that showcase our AI‑powered approach
• Design email templates, drip campaign materials, and other communication touchpoints
• Collaborate directly with our CEO, CTO and founding team to understand business goals and translate them into visual solutions
• Conduct rapid testing and iteration based on conversion metrics and user feedback
• Help establish our brand identity and design system as we scale

• A strong portfolio showcasing landing pages and marketing sites
• Understanding of conversion‑focused design principles and best practices
• HTML/CSS knowledge or willingness to learn – you should be able to collaborate effectively with engineering
• Data‑driven mindset: you care about metrics and are comfortable iterating based on performance
• Comfortable working independently in a startup environment with minimal design infrastructure
• Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco (we work from SoMa)

• Comfortable with LLMs and have played around with them
• Front‑end development skills
