• Own our tech vision Align engineering and IT with business strategy to push boundaries and deliver real impact

• Collaborate at the highest level Work closely with leadership to integrate cutting-edge solutions into our product roadmap

• Lead with innovation Think AI, cloud scalability, and Dev Ops driving high-impact solutions for today and tomorrow
  .
• Shape culture & growth Build a team that's inclusive, agile, and forward-thinking
  , fostering creativity and continuous improvement
  .
• Keep them secure & compliant SOC2, data privacy, security
  -you'll lead these efforts to keep our platform safe and scalable
  .
• Make waves externally – share the tech vision with investors, partners, and the broader industry.

• 15+ years in software engineering, including 5+ years leading SaaS engineering teams
  .
• Deep expertise in SDLC, cloud platforms, AI-driven solutions, and Dev Ops
  .
