We're looking for an exceptional Founding Recruiter to drive our hiring efforts and help lay the groundwork for our company's ambitious growth.

What You'll Do

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process-source, engage, and close high-caliber engineers, operators, and product leaders.
• Partner with founders and executives to forecast hiring needs and define scalable processes.
• Design and iterate on recruiting funnels, metrics, and candidate experiences.
• Represent Further
  
  AI's vision and culture to candidates and the talent market.
• Build strong connections within technical and entrepreneurial communities.
• Establish and document best practices, interview rubrics, and onboarding for our recruiting function.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at fast-growing startups or tech companies.
• Experience hiring for both technical (engineering, product) and operational roles.
• A proven track record in high-ownership, fast-paced environments-passion for scaling early-stage teams is a must.
• Strong ability to communicate, champion company culture, and close top talent.
• Bonus: Experience as a founding recruiting hire, or background in B2B SaaS recruiting.
