Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Technical Recruiter for a confidential, venture-backed artificial intelligence organization. This is a full-time, onsite role based in San Francisco, California.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Technical Recruiter will play a key role in scaling highly specialized engineering and research teams within a fast-growing AI environment. This individual will manage full-cycle technical hiring while partnering closely with hiring leaders to develop sourcing strategies and long-term talent roadmaps. This is a high-impact opportunity to directly influence hiring outcomes, recruiting infrastructure, and company growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across engineering and research functions
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, interview plans, and sourcing strategies
  • Conduct proactive sourcing and market research to build high-quality talent pipelines
  • Develop thoughtful, personalized outreach messaging to engage passive candidates
  • Manage a positive, responsive candidate experience from initial contact through offer
  • Track pipeline metrics and contribute to ongoing recruiting process improvements
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience recruiting technical talent within startup or high-growth organizations
  • Strong sourcing, research, and candidate engagement capabilities
  • Ability to develop talent roadmaps for niche and highly technical roles
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with high expectations
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and modern recruiting tools
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

$200,000 – $250,000 annually.
