• Provide administrative support, including ticket management and documentation maintenance

• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Excellent professional judgment in managing time-sensitive processes
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional partners
• Capability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on providing a great experience for internal teams

• Experience in People Operations or Human Resources
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and processes
• Strong problem-solving skills with a flexible approach
