Job Description

Our start-up client is looking for a mid-level GTM recruiter. This is a fully remote six-month contract with the possibility of conversion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to identify top GTM talent
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for GTM roles, including sales, marketing, and customer success positions
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptions
  • Utilizing data-driven approaches to optimize recruitment processes and improve hiring outcomes
  • Representing the company at industry events and networking opportunities to attract top talent
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Tools & onboarding expectations (unchanged)

  • Familiar with Ashby
  • Tools like Gem and Modern Loop (or equivalents), plus Slack and Linked In Recruiter
  • Laptop will be provided
Qualifications

Target profile

  • 2-4 years of recruiting experience is ideal.
  • Sourcing-only is acceptable - this does not need to be a seasoned full-cycle closer.
  • “Lighter” experience can work if they show strong general cognitive ability
    , clear learning velocity, and real passion for recruiting + GTM

Core requirement:

  • Must have experience hiring or sourcing engineers (software preferred; adjacent technical roles acceptable if the candidate can translate).
  • Ability to quickly learn role requirements and identify signal in resumes/Linked In profiles (titles, scope, tech stack indicators, project impact, progression).
  • Backgrounds that fit
    • GTM
      sourcer (in-house or agency)
    • Early-career GTM recruiter who has run some full-cycle, but may still be developing closing skills.
  • University recruiting is explicitly in-scope, especially if they’ve supported:
  • Hiring manager coordination and process discipline
  • Agency roots are a plus, but not required if activity level and curiosity are strong.

Operating environment

  • Comfortable managing multiple reqs and partnering with multiple stakeholders.
  • Can keep processes moving across time zones (US + Europe) with proactive updates and clean handoffs.
