People Operations Generalist

Responsibilities

• Host recurring office hours for People business users, supporting troubleshooting requests and encouraging self-service
• Assist with essential recurring onboarding activities, including the coordination of onboarding meetings, I-9 verifications, and onboarding processes
• Maintain personnel-related documentation, including onboarding, new hire, and termination documentation
• Input and regularly audit information, data, and records across multiple HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
• Support reporting and data analysis within HR systems to inform strategic business decisions, enhance transparency, and foster accountability among People business users
• Assist in communicating and implementing new processes and solutions to enhance user enablement and productivity of HR systems
• Collaborate across HR and with other functional groups, such as Payroll, IT, and Finance, to ensure alignment and integration of the People team s operational processes

• Experience in spearheading the implementation of new processes and technological improvements
• Experience with various HR platforms, including but not limited to HRIS, ATS, LMS, and ERP systems
• Knowledge of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
• Organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful
• Proficiency in analyzing processes within a multifunctional organization
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

• Hybrid Work Schedule (onsite M,Tu,Th WFH W&F)
• Proficiency in:
  Workday HRIS (HCM), Notion Ticketing, and Ashby
• Ability to perform I9 Verification, employee onboarding, and offboarding tasks
• Ability to thrive fast paced work environment

• $42.76 - $43.1 /hour Pay Rate
