You’ll also:
- Manage scheduling for interview loops and related recruiting events
- Be knowledgeable about our business and ready to answer HR-related questions (benefits, compensation, etc.)
- Be comfortable working with data; running reports (including ad hoc) weekly
- Spread the “transportation company” love by attending networking events and e-meetups
- Collaborate closely with our recruitment team to improve programs and develop innovative strategies for attracting top talent
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of prior scheduling experience, including high-volume calendar management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
