Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for all departments and company-owned retail locations. Partner with internal stakeholders to align hiring needs, expand and manage recruiting channels, coordinate interviews, and support onboarding activities to ensure timely and effective talent acquisition in support of team growth and business expansion.

This job will be remote until 4/30 and then move to an on-site position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers across departments to understand staffing needs, clarify job requirements, hiring standards, and onboarding timelines.
  • Develop and manage diverse recruitment channels, including job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, campus recruiting, and external recruiting partners; screen resumes and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate and manage the interview process, including candidate communication, interview scheduling (online and in person), interviewer coordination, and feedback collection and communication.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process, issue offer letters, assist with onboarding procedures, and track new hire integration and onboarding progress.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, onboarding success rate, and channel effectiveness, and continuously optimize recruiting processes and sourcing strategies.
  • Qualifications / Requirements
    • Education Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
    • Work Experience
      • Minimum of 2 years of relevant recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
      • Experience recruiting for retail, e-commerce, or internet-based companies is a plus.
      • Familiarity with major recruitment platforms and tools (such as Linked In, Indeed, and similar channels) is essential.
    • Core Competencies
      • Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination skills.
      • Excellent communication, organization, and cross-functional coordination abilities.
      • Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and recruiting tools.
      • Basic understanding of talent assessment methods and employer branding concepts.
    • Preferred Skills
      • Understanding of and ability to communicate in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
