As an GTM People Business Partner, your primary focus will be on managing and supporting GTM professionals, fostering a positive culture, facilitating the best onboarding experience for new employees, and designing an organizational structure that supports future growth. You will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to business leaders for an employee size of over 120 globally and growing.
Responsibilities :
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives, understand the product and technology in intrinsic detail.
• Using the learning build an open relationship, serve as a trusted advisor/partner to the engineering managers to drive their teams alignment to the vision
• Prepare GTM org for scaling readiness by working on projections such as but not limited to job leveling/career pathing and compensation structure
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to optimize the hiring process, increase hiring velocity with minimal impact to the overall talent density
• Work with leaders to define OKRs and ensure proper cascade to rest of the ICs in the org
• Drive conversations on behalf of GTM leaders with the employees on topics such as career development, bottom performers, escalation management, real time employee feedback, conflict resolution, and top tier management
• support GTM managers with real time feedback coupled with coaching/training programs on people/performance management aspects as appropriate. Training sessions can vary from targeted set of audience to the entire org based on need .
• Collaborate with GTM leadership to assess current organizational structure, propose the best structure that's future proofed for scaling.
• Conduct workforce planning and provide recommendations on team structures, reporting lines, and talent distribution.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager, preferably within an engineering or technical organization.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Demonstrated experience in employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with organizational design and talent management is highly desirable.

This role is based in San Francisco and the reasonably estimated salary for this role ranges from $117,020 to $196,963, plus a competitive equity package.
