• Proven experience in recruitment or staffing, preferably in a related industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and online job boards

• Experience with specialized recruitment in specific sectors such as IT, healthcare, or engineering
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Networking experience within industry-related events and communities
• Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
