As a mentor, you focus on high-value guidance, not lead generation or admin.

As a Career Launch AI Mentor, you may:

Coach candidates on role targeting, positioning, and career strategy

Support interview preparation (behavioral, technical, and case-based)

Advise on resumes, personal narratives, and offer strategy

Guide candidates through competitive hiring processes

Help clients move from application to offer faster

You work flexibly and engage with clients aligned to your expertise.

This opportunity is designed for experienced professionals such as:

Former or current consultants, bankers, PMs, and operators

Hiring managers or interviewers at competitive firms

Advisors with domain expertise in consulting, finance, tech, or strategy

You should be comfortable advising candidates aiming for top-tier roles.

Mentors are compensated based on:

Coaching packages and outcomes

Volume and specialization

There is no cap on earnings. Mentors control availability and client load.
