A highly regarded, internationally recognized law firm is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support its Business Professionals recruiting function. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the Talent team and firm leaders throughout the full-cycle recruiting process, with a primary focus on interview coordination, applicant tracking, and recruiting operations. This position is hybrid in the firm’s Mountain View office in Silicon Valley.

Responsibilities

• Enter, maintain, and update applicant and hiring data within the firm’s applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Track and report on recruitment activity, applicant flow, interviews, and hires.

• Draft and post job openings internally and on external job boards.

• Monitor incoming resumes and recruiting inbox correspondence.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a high-touch, professional experience.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews, including assessments or testing when required.

• Collect interviewer evaluations and compile feedback into organized reports.

• Greet candidates and support onsite interview logistics.

• Coordinate candidate and new-hire travel arrangements as needed.

• Initiate and manage background, conflicts, and reference checks; review reports and escalate discrepancies as appropriate.

• Prepare and distribute offer letters.

• Process new hires in the ATS and coordinate pre-onboarding tasks.

• Support new hire onboarding logistics, including distribution of welcome materials.

• Prepare and submit recruiting-related expense reports and invoices.

• Assist with system enhancements and customization of the ATS.

• Support additional recruiting projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting coordination or scheduling experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.

• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruiting workflows while prioritizing competing deadlines.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong data entry accuracy.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruiting/ATS platforms;
Workday experience strongly preferred.
