Vice President, Human Resources – West

We are looking for an exceptional Vice President of Human Resources to lead and elevate our HR function across a national, multi-location team. This executive leader will drive strategic direction, operational excellence, and a high performance culture, ensuring compliance, employee engagement, and service excellence remain at the forefront of our organization.

As the Vice President of HR, you will shape the company’s people strategy, enhance talent development, and foster an inclusive, thriving workplace. Your leadership will ensure seamless alignment between HR and our operational teams nationwide, driving company-wide success. If you are a visionary HR leader with deep expertise in compliance, people operations, and culture transformation, we want to hear from you.

In this executive role, you will:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a multi-location HR and compliance team.

• Develop a best-in-class HR strategy that strengthens culture and drives engagement.

• Oversee HR operations, compliance, talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning.

• Design competitive total rewards programs and foster a people-first culture.

• Partner with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business priorities.

What You Bring:

• 7+ years of progressive HR leadership, including compliance and multi-location team management.

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or HR certifications (SHRM, HRCI) preferred.

• Proven ability to build and scale HR functions in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

• Expertise in HR compliance, employee relations, and regulatory reporting.

• Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
