Job SummaryThe candidate will work as a Human Resources Manager at the Pacific-Union Club, responsible for overseeing all HR functions including employee relations, recruitment and hiring processes, and development programs. Human Resources Coordinator, HR Specialist
Must-Have:
- Employee relations
, managing staff interactions - Recruitment processes for hiring new employees
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word
, Excel
, and Outlook - Legal compliance practices in HR management
- Proficiency in employee benefits management
- Experience with unions
- Experience in hospitality or food service industry

- Five (5) years of experience in HR administration, training, recruiting, counseling, performance management, and benefits management is required.
- An associate's, bachelor???s, or higher degree from an accredited university in a related major is required. Professional certification through SHRM or other professional resources is strongly desired.
- Oral and written English fluency is required to communicate formally in business correspondence, governmental filings, and personal communications with accuracy and proper English grammar. Other language skills are also beneficial and highly desired (Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese)
- Excellent organization and time management skills are required.
- The highest standards of professionalism and personal integrity are required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required.
- Experience in supervision

- Experience in hospitality, food service, or related field
