About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly engaged Sr. Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent team and support the hiring process end-to-end. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high‑growth environment. In this role, you will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a seamless and high-quality recruiting experience.

You will collaborate with the Talent Specialist Lead on strategic initiatives and process improvements, helping to scale and optimize our recruiting operations. We are looking for a strong team player who embodies our vision, demonstrates sound judgment, and is eager to deepen their impact within recruiting at one of the most competitive, research-driven AI companies.

Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end interview logistics, including complex scheduling, travel, documentation, and virtual interview setup, ensuring a high quality candidate experience.
  • Partner with HR and People Ops to ensure seamless handoffs, through offer creation, background checks, and pre‑onboarding.
  • Identify and drive improvements to recruiting processes to increase efficiency and scale.
  • Develop and maintain recruiting templates, tools, and best‑practice resources for hiring teams.
  • Ensure confidentiality, data integrity, and compliance across all candidate and recruiting records.
  • Own recruiting metrics and reporting to support data‑driven hiring decisions.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and schedules within the ATS and calendar systems.
  • Take on additional responsibilities and projects aligned with business needs.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination / operations, HR, or a related role, preferably within high‑growth tech, AI, or ML environments.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Gem, or similar), including maintaining data integrity, tracking / reporting, and process optimization.
  • Proven experience coordinating complex interview schedules across multiple teams, time zones, and seniority levels, with minimal oversight.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume workflows while maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and a high standard of candidate experience.
  • Ability to operate independently and exercise sound judgment, while also collaborating closely with cross‑functional partners.
  • Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills, particularly in navigating last‑minute changes, competing deadlines, and complex scheduling constraints.
  • Candidate‑first, customer‑service mindset, with a track record of delivering a thoughtful, inclusive, and professional candidate experience.
  • Highly proactive with a strong sense of ownership, anticipating needs and driving solutions rather than reacting to issues.
  • Comfortable adapting to evolving hiring priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • High emotional intelligence and empathy, with the ability to handle candidate needs, sensitive conversations, and confidential information with care and professionalism.

Compensation

We offer competitive compensation, startup equity, health insurance and other competitive benefits. The US base salary range for this full‑time position is: $95,000 - $120,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by location, level and role. Individual compensation will be determined by experience, skills, and job‑related knowledge.
