We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to partner closely with engineering leadership and drive a best-in-class hiring experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a full-cycle technical recruiter in high-growth environments, strong stakeholder management, creative sourcing strategies, and the ability to deliver high-quality hires in a fast-paced startup setting.
This role requires operational excellence and storytelling with a comprehensive understanding of the AI market and technology landscape.
- Partner, develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent.
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and updates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team dynamics.
- Negotiate job offers and close candidates.
- Analyze recruiting metrics and refine processes to improve efficiency and quality of hires.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in technical recruiting.
- 5+ years of full cycle technical recruiting experience.
- Experience working at a high growth startup.
- Proven track record of successfully placing top-tier technical talent.
- Fluency with varied ATS systems.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Proactive, flexible, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
The cash compensation range for this role is $160,000 - $200,000. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.

In addition to the base salary, equity may be part of the total compensation package.
