Pay: $55-60/hr
Do you have a strong payroll background and desire to support a great team with excellent work life balance? Do you have experience processing payroll in ADP Workforce Now and handling retirement contributions? We are looking for a senior payroll professional for a wonderful new job in San Francisco, CA. If you have at least five years of processing payroll in a high volume, fast paced organization and would like to learn more information please apply now!
Key Responsibilities- Process and audit high-volume, multi-state payrolls on a bi-weekly basis.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, with a focus on California.
- Retirement Contributions
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to resolve payroll-related issues.
- Prepare reports and analytics for leadership and audits.
- Support year-end activities including W-2 processing and tax filings.
- 5+ years of payroll experience, including multi-state processing.
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and Workday HRIS is required.
- Strong knowledge of California payroll laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
