This highly regarded, multi-location hospitality group is seeking an experienced Events Sales Director to lead private dining and events sales across its portfolio, with strong compensation, robust support, and growth potential

The Events Sales Director oversees sales strategy and client management for private dining, catering, and events across a multi-location hospitality group. Your responsibilities will include:
- Own private dining, catering, and events revenue across the portfolio, including outbound sales strategy, marketing partnerships, and pipeline development
- Directly manage and coach venue-based event leaders, aligning goals, workflows, and standards across all locations
- Serve as senior point of contact for key clients, leading proposals, negotiations, and contracts through deposit and final billing
- Partner with ownership and finance on revenue targets, forecasting, reporting, and pricing strategy to ensure profitable growth
- Collaborate with culinary and beverage leadership on menus, formats, and packages that align with brand standards and margin goals
- Establish standards and systems for event operations, including timelines, vendor partnerships, staffing models, and event documentation
- Partner closely with GMs and operations leaders to ensure event volume aligns with capacity and guest experience across venues
- Improve SOPs for inquiry intake, response time, CRM and calendar management, and repeatable sales processes to scale the business
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in hospitality events, catering, or hotel F&B, with significant experience in events or catering sales and outbound business development
- Proven revenue owner with success building pipelines and driving outbound sales, marketing, and partnerships
- Experience leading multi-venue teams, setting expectations for activity, performance, and service standards
- Established book of business and strong network of corporate clients and top planners, generating repeat and referral business
- Strong restaurant operations knowledge with polished communication and negotiation skills, bringing a high touch, “find a way to say yes” approach
