Ideal

Candidate Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1-year of Customer Service experience.
  • A minimum of 1-year of previous Bellman experience.
  • < to work a flexible schedule that includes AM/PM and overnight shifts including weekends and holidays.
  • Previous Supervisory experience is a PLUS!
  • Ability to multi-task and be self‑motivated with a hunger to grow their career.
Shift Pattern

Full‑Time

Open Availability – AM/PM/Overnight Shifts including weekends and holidays.

Hourly Rate

Probationary Rate: $21.69 per hour, Full Rate (After 90 Days): $28.92 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Greet and escort arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations.
  • Retrieve and transport guest luggage.
  • Inspect guest rooms and acquaint guests with these rooms and their features.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
  • Organize and store luggage, as needed, according to guidelines.
  • Supervise, monitor and develop team member performance – including scheduling, counseling, evaluations and recognition.
  • Recruit, interview and train team members.
  • Ensure team members have current knowledge of hotel products, services, facilities, events, pricing and policies, and local area and events.
  • Assist in maintaining the appearance and functionality of equipment.
