IdealCandidate Qualifications
- A minimum of 1-year of Customer Service experience.
- A minimum of 1-year of previous Bellman experience. < to work a flexible schedule that includes AM/PM and overnight shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Previous Supervisory experience is a PLUS!
- Ability to multi-task and be self‑motivated with a hunger to grow their career.
Full‑Time
ShiftsOpen Availability – AM/PM/Overnight Shifts including weekends and holidays.
Hourly RateProbationary Rate: $21.69 per hour, Full Rate (After 90 Days): $28.92 per hour
Responsibilities- Greet and escort arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations.
- Retrieve and transport guest luggage.
- Inspect guest rooms and acquaint guests with these rooms and their features.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
- Organize and store luggage, as needed, according to guidelines.
- Supervise, monitor and develop team member performance – including scheduling, counseling, evaluations and recognition.
- Recruit, interview and train team members.
- Ensure team members have current knowledge of hotel products, services, facilities, events, pricing and policies, and local area and events.
- Assist in maintaining the appearance and functionality of equipment.
