This full‑time position is responsible for providing professional, courteous, and efficient service in accordance with Hyatt standards.

This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in hospitality, enjoy working as part of a team, and thrive in a structured, fast‑paced environment. The hourly rate for this position is $19.93.

Essential Job Functions

Provide food and beverage service for meetings, conferences, banquets, weddings, and special events.

Serve plated meals, buffets, and passed food items in accordance with established service standards.

Set and maintain assigned service stations, including beverage and buffet areas, during event service.

Clear tables, replenish beverages, and maintain cleanliness of guest service areas throughout events.

Interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner, responding promptly to service needs.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.

Communicate effectively with banquet captains, supervisors, and culinary staff to ensure proper service flow.

Qualifications

Previous banquet or restaurant serving experience preferred.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays or service items as required.

Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
