Job NumberJob SummaryJoin the Hilton team as a Bell Captain. You will supervise bell persons, manage guest luggage, respond to guest requests, and help deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
Responsibilities- Greet and escort arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations.
- Retrieve, transport, and store guest luggage.
- Inspect rooms and acquaint guests with rooms and their amenities.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
- Organize and store luggage according to hotel guidelines.
- Supervise, monitor and develop team member performance, including scheduling, counseling, and recognition.
- Recruit, interview, and train team members.
- Ensure team members have current knowledge of hotel products, services, facilities, events and pricing policies, and local events.
- Assist in maintaining the appearance and functionality of equipment.
Minimum 1-year customer service experience and 1-year previous bellman experience. Flexible schedule that includes AM/PM and overnight shifts, weekends and holidays. Previous supervisory experience is a PLUS. Ability to multi-task, be self‑motivated and hungry to grow your career.
Shift PatternFull‑Time. Open availability – AM / PM / Overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
CompensationProbationary Rate: $21.69 per hour.
Full Rate (After 90 Days): $28.92 per hour.
