Bourbon and Branch is an authentic speakeasy located in downtown San Francisco complete with secret rooms and hidden entrances. Set in the 1920s during Prohibition, Bourbon and Branch is popular for locals and tourists who want to enjoy a cocktail made with fresh ingredients and quality spirits. If you are eager to learn and looking to work in a fast-paced environment, the Host position at Bourbon and Branch may be right for you.

We are looking for persons who have experience in a busy bar, restaurant, hotel, or nightclub location and those who are interested in providing an elevated hospitality experience. Open seven days a week. Most shifts will be between 4pm and 2am.

• Greet, seat and respond to all guest inquiries with a superior level of customer service
• Resolve customer issues by working with servers and management, when needed
• Answer all phone calls, emails and event inquiries
• Assist in end of day close out as necessary
• Open and closing duties may be required

• Experience in beverage or hospitality industry highly desired
• Demonstrate an ability to interact with many types of customers effectively
• Must have strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Has or is willing to obtain a CA Food Handler’s Certification
• 21+ years of age or older

• Hourly rate is $19.18 + tips
