Job Description

The Front Desk Supervisor plays a key leadership role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences at Lake Quinault Lodge. This position oversees daily front desk operations, supervises and trains staff, and acts as a liaison between guests and various departments. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, detail-driven, and thrives in a dynamic hospitality environment.

This is a seasonal position.

COMPENSATION:
The hourly rate for this position is $22 - $22. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee front desk activities, including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the General Manager and Operations Manager, handling escalated guest concerns and operational decisions.
  • Train, coach, and support front desk team members to maintain high service standards and compliance with lodge policies.
  • Address and resolve guest feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare staff schedules based on occupancy trends; conduct audits and generate reports related to billing and front office performance.
  • Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and company standards across all front desk operations.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in front office operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overnight.
  • Familiarity with property management systems and auditing processes preferred.

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
