GUEST SERVICES AGENT
We’re the face of the hotel for guests from the moment they arrive. If you are happy, outgoing and wear a perma-smile, this could be the job for you. You will ensure guests receive great customer service from the moment they exit their cab to entering their room and throughout their stay.
What To ExpectHere are a few things that will make your days full and rewarding:
- Completing daily front desk duties including check-ins/outs, room scheduling, room moves, late checkouts, stay-overs and rates and types of available rooms, as well as other requests from guests.
- Assist arriving and departing guests with their luggage to and from guest rooms.
- Act as a point of reference for guests requiring assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirements, including transportation needs.
- Acquire and share knowledge of the hotel and surrounding areas, venues and attractions.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Three to six months related experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office.
- Ability to effectively interact with all hotel guests and team members in a polite and positive manner.
- Ability to quickly assess situations and create effective resolutions to problems.
- Possess a passion to provide excellent customer service.
- Must be able to work minimum 2 night shifts.
