- Develop, deliver, and improve clinical field training programs for various specialists
- Collaborate with Medical Education, Sales Training, and Field Leadership to enhance training content and programs

- Monitor new-hire progression and support certification decisions
- Assess training needs and implement targeted solutions to improve field capability
- Bachelor s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing and/or implementing clinical training programs
- Experience with implantable medical devices
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Clear communication and presentation skills
- Experience with Cardiac Rhythm Management
- Experience with sleep medicine
- IBHRE certification is a plus
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
