- 8-10+ years of experience in national or strategic account management, preferably in healthcare or related sectors
- Proven track record of managing large IDN or health system accounts and negotiating complex contracts
- Relevant industry certifications are a plus
- Must be available to travel up to 50%
- Experience with healthcare provider systems, group purchasing organizations (GPOs), and value-based care models
- Strong sales acumen with a history of increasing market penetration and revenue
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior-level executives
- Proven leadership skills with experience in mentoring and guiding sales teams
- Proficient in analyzing performance metrics and making data-driven recommendations
