MMI is seeking a Clinical Sales Associate to join our rapidly growing, talented team. This role will be primarily focused on the Northern California region.
Role and main responsibilities- Assist sales representatives with surgeon trainings, hospital robotic development, and territory management.
- Guide technical in-services for customers, including OR staff and surgeons.
- Promote the benefits of advanced technology to existing and potential robotic users, contributing to team quotas.
- Gain experience in goal setting and preparation for a quota-bearing role.
- Manage administrative tasks, including reporting sales/procedures and expense reports.
- Achieve sales targets and identify new sales opportunities within the territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge and provide training and support.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Oversee U.S. clinical procedures of the Symani® Surgical System and achieve sales forecasts.
- Assist with training, education, and management of studies and trials.
- Support onsite technology integration and utilization of the Symani® Surgical System.
- Implement plans for clinical trial research and drive procedural volume.
- Ensure customers have the necessary tools and training for the Symani® System.
- Guide surgeons and clinical teams to deliver top-class customer experience.
- Develop tailored training curriculums and increase utilization of the Symani® System.
- Prepare and assist with alignment meetings and organize conferences and exhibitions.
- Document progress and maintain relationships with investigators and site staff.
- Adhere to study execution strategy and monitor budgets for compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferred in a related field (Life Sciences, Business, Marketing).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of sales equipment in medical or healthcare industry.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and persuasive communication skills.
- Strong understanding of clinical practices and medical terminology.
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality as well as ability to exercise independent judgment consistent with department guidelines.
- Ability to travel 50% to 75% within territory.
