Overview
Join a passionate team dedicated to improving youth lives as a Licensed Therapist at Sierra Ridge Academy in San Andreas, CA. Located in the Sierra foothills, this licensed Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program offers individual, group, and family therapy within a strengths-based, least restrictive environment. Youth become part of a supportive community, receiving trauma-responsive, individualized care through an integrated model.
Responsibilities- Provide therapy
- Conduct assessments
- Create treatment plans
- Document progress
- Crisis intervention may be required
- Licensed (LPC, LMSW, LCSW, or LMFT)
- Empathetic, patient, honest
Pay starts at $90,000/year with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 403b match up to 6%, paid time off, and on-site housing.
ScheduleThe schedule is Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts.
