The position provides therapy services as part of a multidisciplinary team for adult and geriatric patients.
Responsibilities- Communicates effectively with physicians, patients, and team members.
- Completes all required documentation and pursues ongoing professional development.
- Assesses patients, develops and implements individualized treatment plans, and evaluates progress toward goals.
- Adapts treatment strategies based on developmental, pediatric, or geriatric needs.
- Participates in care planning, quality improvement activities, and maintains clinical skills.
- Requires CA licensure and BLS certification.
- Reliable commute or relocation to Manteca, CA.
- Preferred hospital experience; new grads are welcome.
- Part-time, contract role paying $40-$55/hour. In-person work location.
