Our Outpatient services specialize in treatment mental health and substance use disorders with treatment and skills groups, as well as community resources. Outpatient programs provide trauma-informed care aimed at reducing the harmful impacts of substance use.

Participants and their counselors work collaboratively to design an integrated, individualized, strengths-based treatment experience geared towards addressing each client’s specific needs and goals. Outpatient programs provide individual and group therapy, individualized case management, treatment planning, drug and alcohol counseling, crisis intervention, and connection to social support services.

RIGHT 360, a nonprofit organization and a family of programs, is committed to providing accessible and comprehensive healthcare services to vulnerable populations. Our mission is to tackle systemic barriers to healthcare and promote health equity for all. We offer a wide range of services, including mental health care, residential and outpatient substance use treatment, and primary health services. Additionally, we provide transitional support for individuals re-entering the community after involvement in the criminal justice system.

By integrating physical and behavioral health, we empower individuals to overcome challenges by addressing social determinants of health, fostering resilience, and facilitating recovery. The Outpatient Program is specifically designed for people who struggle with substance use disorders, mental health issues or co-occurring disorders. The Outpatient Program works with high-risk populations from a variety of backgrounds. Our programs are open and welcoming to adult participants of any gender identity.

We accept the majority of participants who seek Outpatient treatment, including walk-ins, referrals from other agencies and step-down transitional clients from residential treatment programs.

Key Responsibilities

People Management:

  • Provide direct supervision, training, and guidance to direct service staff assigned.
  • Ensure all direct reports are in compliance with HR360 policies, procedures, and position expectations and performance goals.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and conduct formal performance evaluations in a timely manner.
  • Conduct staff meetings and ad hoc staff huddles at the start of each shift; delegate staff assignments as needed.
  • Identify direct reports’ strengths and development opportunities to maximize their potential.
  • Deliver and arrange trainings and resources required for direct reports to perform their roles.
  • Provide coaching, support, follow up, and performance management to ensure productivity and client care expectations are met.
  • Support the director/manager in interviewing, selection, hiring, and terminations for positions within the program.
  • Manage direct report performance including performance improvement plans and formal written notices.
  • Support the director/manager in terminations of direct reports as needed.
  • Maintain open communications with the director/manager concerning employee matters and seek consultation when needed.
  • Schedule and facilitate team meetings as applicable to support client care and staff development.

Treatment Oversight:

  • Provide clinical and administrative oversight of all treatment services provided by direct reports within scope of practice.
  • Ensure direct reports provide strengths-based, trauma-informed, harm-reduction, and culturally attuned services.
