USD 90,000 – 110,000 per year

• Lead the full revenue cycle, including coding, billing, collections, denial management, and reporting
• Ensure clean, timely claims processing and work closely with third‑party billing services
• Implement and update fee schedules, sliding fee programs, and coding changes while training staff
• Produce ongoing financial and productivity reports to guide operational decision‑making

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or a related healthcare field
• Certification in medical or dental billing/coding
• 5–10 years of experience with medical billing, coding, eligibility, and insurance
• Experience with Medi‑Cal, Medicare, ECM, and commercial plans; FQHC experience strongly preferred
