Cecelia Health is a virtual specialty medical practice dedicated to improving cardiometabolic health outcomes across populations. We connect patients living with one or more chronic conditions to an expert clinician who helps them navigate day‑to‑day health management.

• Tackle the obesity epidemic:

• Annual CEU stipend for continuing education and professional growth.

• Conduct intensive nutrition counseling and weight‑management education via phone, video, chat, text, and email.
• Provide medication management and support for comorbidities related to obesity under the supervision of assigned physicians.
• Engage in remote patient monitoring for devices such as scale, BG meter, BP monitor, and ketone meter.
• Support patients with dosing and titration of anti‑obesity medications within established protocols.
• Collaborate with team physicians and external providers to ensure comprehensive care.
• Quickly establish rapport and therapeutic alliances with a diverse patient population.
• Utilize motivational interviewing and related techniques to support behavior change.
• Consistently meet program metrics while maintaining high‑quality care standards.
• Complete all necessary documentation in a timely manner.

• Registered Dietitian credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration, with state licensure if required.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
• Openness to constructive feedback for improving patient interactions.
• HIPAA‑compliant workspace with high‑speed internet.
• Comfortable with advanced technology, including electronic medical records and digital tools.
• Ability to adapt communication techniques for diverse patients.
• Flexible schedule with a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Cannot hold full‑time employment elsewhere.
• Must reside in the United States.

• Certification from the National Certification Board for Diabetes Educators (NCBDE) as a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES).
• Availability on evenings and Saturdays.

• $42–$47 per hour, based on years credentialed as a Registered Dietitian.
• All‑inclusive pay structure: hourly for all work performed, including charting and administrative time.
• Longevity recognition: $500 bonus after 6 months, followed by quarterly bonuses after 1 year.
• Performance‑based incentives for exceeding goals.
